About SIPC Services:

SIPC Services has been started by Mr.K.S.N.Murthy who has been in coal base sponge iron field from the beginning of the adoption of technology in India.SIPC Services, possess the requisite expertise and know how in providing the technical consultancy services for coal based sponge iron plants of capacity ranging from 25 TPD to500 TPD together with suitable power plants ranging from 6MW to 30MW. Also SIPC Services has already developed the indigenous technology to produceIron ore pellets. Lab scale production has been successfully carried out and now SIPC Services is in a position to give technical know how for putting pelletization plants of capacities ranging from 200 TPD onwards.SIPC Services has so far rendered/rendering the full range of consultancy services to sixty plants in India and overseas,as on date.

Industry Verticals:

Sponge Iron Plants
For the Sponge Iron manufacturing there are two main processes i.e Coal based and Gas based . In Coal based process noncoking is used as reductant in which is available plenty in India and can be established in smaller modules. As such coal based sponge Iron plants have come up now in large number.
Captive Power Plants
As the cost of power and also demand is increasing day by day, it is imperative to conserve energy. In a coal based sponge iron plant the waste gas generated will carry alot of sensible heat, which can be converted to useful electric power. Otherwise the gases which come out from kiln at 900-950 degree centigrade are to be cooled to below 200 degree centigrade for passing through ESP for the removal of dust before letting out through the chimney to the atmosphere.
Pellatisation Plants
In the nature iron ore exists in different forms mainly has a reaf/float in general the float ore willbe hard and will have tumbler index of above 80. This ore is directly suitable for sponge iron production through coal based route.
Illeminate Reduction Plants(Tio2)
Tio2 exists in combination with iron oxide and called as illeminate. Illeminate mostly available in beach sands in India. For the recovery of Tio2 (Synthetic Routile) the illeminate is to be first reduced (where iron oxide first reduces to metalic iron). The reduced illeminate further processed for separating the iron and Tio2. Ileminate being very fine in size is very difficult in handling for the reduction in the rotary kiln.

The organisation consists qualified experienced personnel in design,engineering,commissioning of such plants. A well equipped state of
art design engineering set up with AutoCAD,drawing preparation facility with qualified engineers,draughtsman is located at its
Hyderabad office.
